General
We take client privacy very seriously at It's Natural; we always remember that our clients may prefer to keep their holiday arrangements private. We treat all client information as confidential.

Contacting you
When contacting you by any means, we will always be discreet. Sales literature posted will be sent under plain cover and will only bear names and addresses on the outside.

Email addresses
We do not "harvest" email addresses, sell email address lists or pass on email addresses to any third party. We do not post unsolicited commercial email otherwise known as Spam.

Storage of personal information
This information is used soley to process bookings. Under no circumstances do we "mail shot" or otherwise send out direct mail marketing literature.

Information that will be given to third parties
We shall only give client information to others who are directly involved with the arrangement of your holiday, this information will be limited to; the names of adults on the booking form, their reference number, travel and accommodation arrangements and other relevant information. For security reasons, this will not include your address or other personal information.

Passing information between clients and other parties
Should we receive a request for your address or other personal information about you from any third party, we shall seek your permission prior to giving out this information. We will however, fully co-operate with any official crime investigation should we be requested to do so.

Processing of card payments
We do not store card details beyond the payment transaction. All paper references to any card details are destroyed and all card data securely deleted.

Website Security
Booking forms and card details submitted via our website is transferred using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption provided via GeoTrust.
