New Resorts
We are continuously on the look-out for new destinations to offer our clients but these must conform to our three basic requirements:

Vera Playa apartments needed
To keep up with customer demand, we need high quality apartments at all the Vera Playa complexes but we can only offer your apartment to our clients if it is furnished and maintained to the highest standards.

Quality
We insist that the accommodation we offer our clients is of a high standard in both furnishings and cleanliness. Beds must be of a high quality. Master bedrooms should be fitted with a double. All other furnishings, equipment, towels, linen etc. must be in "as new" condition. Washing machines, microwave ovens, fridge freezers, air-conditioning units and other appliances should be fully operational. Window and door locks should be fully operational. The apartment must be kept immaculately clean throughout and properly maintained. Apartments that fall short of these requirements, we regret that we are unable to offer to our clients. We will also need to inspect your apartment prior to any of our customers renting and at regular intervals thereafter.

Location
We are aware there are many apartments at Vera Playa that are; in poor condition and locations, without sun, close to roads or in non-naturist areas. These apartments we cannot use.
